Department of Quality Management, Plan and Analysis
The Department carries out a wide range of activities which include:

the support to the MMA’s integrated quality management system,
-
planning and supervision of the implementation and fulfillment of contract and regulatory obligations to the National Health System,
-
planning and reporting to the MMA,
-
collection of data on the operation of military medical facilities within the Serbian Armed Forces,
-
planning of the needs, provision and distribution of medical documentation regulated by the Serbian Armed Forces Military Medical Services.
