The Slava day of the chapel of St. Luke, Archbishop of Simferopol and Crimea, at the Military Medical Academy and at the same time the Slava day of the MMA was marked with a holy bishop's liturgy, served by the Vicar Bishop Hilarion.

With the founder of the MMA chapel, minister without portfolio Nenad Popović, head of the Military Healthcare Department Brigadier General Radivoje Anđelković VMA, and the Head of the MMA, Colonel Prof. Dr. Miroslav Vukosavljević, the liturgy was attended by VMA employees and numerous friends of this institution.

In the chapel dedicated to Saint Luke, the Russian bishop, doctor, and painter, there is also an icon with his relics brought from Russia as a gift from the Patriarch of Moscow. The liturgy has been celebrated regularly since 2009, and the Slava Day of the MMA has been celebrated since 2017.
