The delegationof the Republic of Cyprus Military Medical Services, headed by Col. Kiprianu Kristakis, visited the Military Medical Academy. The Cyprian delegation was, on behalf of the MMA, received by the head of the MMA Treatment Sector, Col. Prof. Dr. Stevan Sikimić and his associates.

The Cyprian side expressed the willingness to establish a cooperative relationship which exists at the level of the defence ministries of the two countries, but not within their Military Medical Services. To identify the areas of common interest in which such cooperation could be established, the Cyprian delegation was introduced into the organizational structure of the MMA, its capacities and capabilities in the spheres of treatment, education and scientific research.
