The Ambassador of Japan in the visit to the MMA

The Ambassador of Japan in Belgrade, H.E. Mr. Tošio Cunozaki paid a visit to the Military Medical Academy yesterday.
Welcoming His Excellency accompanied by his First Secretary Dr. Akiro Mamami and the military attaché Col. Masaki Dana, the MMA head, Major General Prof. Dr. Miodrag Jevtić said: ‘’Universal values and noble missions connect all the people regardless of their geographical locations. The humane missions of the health and medicine build the bridges between us and our colleagues not only in Japan but in countries all around the world’’.
General Jevtić with his associates presented the basic principles of functioning and main activities of the Military Medical Academy.
‘’We consider people as our most important potential, that is, top experts in various fields of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy, in whose professional development and advancement we invest a lot. Technological renovation already underway is another strategic goal of ours.
‘’We want the Military Medical Academy to follow the latest and state-of-the-art trends in the world’s medicine. Therefore, we are willing to share our experiences with our colleagues from all over the world’’ stressed the MMA’s head.
The members of the Japanese delegation were then taken to a short tour of some of the MMA’s organizational units: Emergency Center, Clinic for Anesthesiology and Critical Care, Operating Block and Diplomatic Ward.
