The five-member delegation of the Military Healthcare Department of the Ministry of Defence headed by the Head of the Sector for Education and Scientific Research of the Military Medical Academy. Dr. Miroslav Brocic, participated in the Main Planning Conference on the upcoming joint medical engagement of the member staff of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, the Ohio National Guard and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Angola.

At the Conference held in Ohio, the United States, a trilateral exercise plan, the location, and role of medical teams were presented and elaborated. Joint medical engagement in the Republic of Angola is planned for December 2017 at various locations in the province of Bengo. From the MMA, 13 member staff will be deployed in four medical teams and will perform free examinations of the local population.
