Belgrade, July 17 - At the MMA Radiology Institute, installation and putting into operation of a new digital apparatus for mammography is under way while the Clinic for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care has already got new equipment of the latest generation. It includes one apparatus   for extracorporeal circulation and another for intraoperative blood saving with the possibility of isolating some of the blood products what is of a particular importance for organ transplantations. Installation of new equipment would considerably enhance diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of the MMA Treatment Sector.

The Military Medical Academy contributes greatly through such technological advancement to the development of Public Health and Serbian Medicine in general, according to projected goals of the Management and standards of modern world medical practice.
