New contact points for issuing donor cards are introduced At the Military Medical Academy.

Filling in the donor card forms can be done in person at the Military Medical Academy, or you can order it by phone and it will be send to the desired address.

Every working day from 12.00 to 15.00 pm via telephone number 011 / 3608-466 you can order the donor card form. The completed form should be returned to the MMA’s Department of Public Relations, and a donor card will be sent to your address.
Interested citizens can come to the MMA’s Department of Public Relations (5th floor) every working day from 12.00 to 15.00 pm for consultations on the program of organ donation, and it is possible to fill in the donor card form. Afterwards a donor card can be taken over personally or it will be sent to the address.
