Deputy Head of the Military Healthcare Department Colonel Ugljesa Jovicic and his associates met today with representatives of the Trade Union of Defence of Serbia.

The reason for the meeting was the initiative of the Trade Union of Defence of Serbia regarding problems in the implementation of the Regulation on working time, leave and absence of professional military personnel and the Rulebook on jobs, working and formation positions in the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense for those who perform a specific military service and service under difficult conditions. As a particular problem that was stated, was the right to a paid leave for a recovery.

It was agreed to restart the initiative urgently to amend the laws and regulations in order to define them in details and agree the further course of the dialogue continuation in order to improve the situation of employees in the military health care.
