The military health care delegation attended the state ceremony marking the 95th anniversary of the death of Dr. Rudolph Archibald Rice, in Topčider Park in Belgrade.

The ceremony, organized by the Committee for Nurturing the Traditions of the Liberation Wars of Serbia, was led by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, Zoran Antić. The commemoration was attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Embassy of the Swiss Confederation, the Criminalistics and Police University, the City of Belgrade, descendants, associations determined to nurture the traditions of Serbia's liberation wars and citizens.
