Belgrade, May 13, 2010. – The Military Medical Academy was responsible for providing official medical support to the participants in the ATP World Tennis Tournament „Serbia Open“ held in Belgrade between May 01-10, 2010.
In the course of tournament, the MMA’s medical teams examined and took care of 58 players on the „Gale Muškatirović“ tennis courts, whilst 6 patients were referred to the MMA’s Emergence Center for further diagnostic and therapeutic treatment.

‘’I would like to thank the MMA’s personnel for their high professional attitude and cooperative efforts they have put during the tournament. We have thus jointly represented our Serbia in the best possible way!’ said for the MMA web site the director of the ATP Tournament Mr. Goran Đoković. He stressed that the official ATP supervisor also highly assessed the way medical support was provided to the ATP Tournament.
