The Military Medical Academy will participate in the autumn Health Festival, which will be held from November 2nd to 3rd, 2017, at Dom Vojske in Belgrade (19 Brace Jugovic Street).

The MMA booth will be open from 10:00 to 20:00 hours during both Festival working days.

Interested citizens will have the possibility to check the blood pressure and there will also be a team of internal medicine specialists who will provide the necessary advice with the aim at preventing various diseases.

On Thursday, November 2, 2017, in the period from 15:20 to 16:30, at the medical forum of the daily "Politika" and MMA, lectures will be delivered by the MMA’s doctors. Dr. Petar Vukicevic will deliver a lecture on coronary disease from the cardio-surgical and internal aspect and Dr. Nemanja Djenic from the Clinic for Emergency Internal Medicine, while the lecture on healthy nutrition will be delivered by Dr. Tatjana Mraovic, a hygiene specialist - dietician from the MMA’s Institute of Hygiene.

All interested citizens will have the opportunity to sign donor cards at the MMA’s booth and in that way support the Republican program of organ bequeathing.

The entrance to the Health Festival is free for all visitors.
