MMA again in Euro-Melanoma Screening Day Campaign

A free-of-charge screening of moles and other pigmentary changes for citizens in the framework of pan European skin cancer prevention campaign "Euromelanoma 2018" will be organized on Euromelanoma Day on May 21, 2018 in 27 cities across Serbia and 58 state and private dermatological practices (list of institutions for examinations to be found at www.euromelanoma.org/serbia). The Military Medical Academy will participate as every year in the campaign, and the MMA team will lead the Head of the Clinic for Skin and Venereal Diseases, MMA Prof. Dr Lidija Kandolf Sekulovic, who is also the national coordinator of the campaign.
All interested citizens can apply for free-of-charge examinations from 1 to 14 May 2018 through an application posted on the website www.euromelanoma.org/serbia by completing a questionnaire on the degree of skin cancer risks. Examinations can also be scheduled via a free telephone line to the number 0800 222 888, from 14 to 16 May 2018, from 8 am to 8 pm.
The national team of Euromelanoma 2018 in Serbia consists of: Prof. Dr. Lidija Kandolf Sekulovic, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dusan Skiljevic, Prof. Dr. Zeljko Mijuskovic, Assist. Prof. Dr. Danica Tiodorovic-Zivkovic, Assist. Prof.  Dr. Vesna Milicic, Assist. Dr. Tatjana Ros, Assist. Jelena Stojkovic-Filipovic, Ph.D., Assist. Tatjana Radevic, PhD, Vesna Tatljak Vlahovic, PhD, Prim. Dr. Olga Osipov, Dr. Vanja Petkovic Orozovic, Dr. Milena Mickovic and Dr. Zoran Kremic. The campaign is organized by the Association of Dermatovenerologists of Serbia in cooperation with Euromelanoma Europe, the European Association for Dermatological Oncology, the Intersection Committee on Melanoma of the Serbian Medical Society, and under the auspices of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia.
