The visit to the Military Medical Academy paid by foreign military representatives accredited to the Republic of Serbia falls in a framework of activities the Ministry of Defence organizes for the Military Diplomatic Corps.

The MMA’s head, Col. Prof. Dr. Marijan Novaković expressed his satisfaction with today’s visit considered the best confirmation that the MMA was a military medical institution recognized in diplomatic and military circles. Already well aware of the MMA’s therapeutic, educational and scientific-research capacities and capabilities, the foreign military representatives were also interested in the MMA’s possibilities and plans for participation in international peacekeeping missions with its medical teams as well as in the plans for the development of the Regional Military Medical Training Center. The MMA’s Medical School and the advantages of education and training it offers were the issues of their special interest discussed with the dean, Academic, Col. Prof. Dr. Miodrag Čolić and the cadets.
