A delegation from the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Shanxi Province, the People's Republic of China, visited the Military Medical Academy.
The bilateral military medical cooperation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed at a meeting, led by the Head of Pharmacy Department Prof. Dr. Mirjana Antunovic. Topics of discussion included opportunities to improve cooperation with a special emphasis on professional development of medical personnel.

In the continuation of the visit, a tour of the Clinic for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the MMA was organized for the guests, in which acupuncture - one of branches of traditional Chinese medicine, is in regular clinical practice.
