Cooperation in the Field of Military Medicine with Angola

Deputy Chief of Medical Service of the Armed Forces of Angola Brigadier General Jose Da Silva Belhior, within the visit of the Military Health Care Department of the Ministry of Defence, visited the Military Medical Academy.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of the Military Health Care Department Colonel Jovicic Ugljesa and Deputy Head of the Military Medical Academy Colonel Prof. Dr. Dragan Dincic informed guests from Angola about the organization and scope of work of the military medical corps as a whole, especially the Military Medical Academy. Dean of the Medical Faculty of the Military Medical Academy, University of Defence in Belgrade Colonel Prof. Dr. Nebojsa Jovic presented the work of the Faculty and the possibilities of education and training that the institution provides.
Brigadier General Da Silva said that Angola is interested to share experiences and develop concrete aspects of cooperation in the field of military medical education, as well as diagnostics, preventive medicine, toxicology, as well as tropical and infectious diseases.
Within the visit of the MMA Brigadier General Da Silva was interested to see the Sector for Preventive Medicine, particularly virology and bacteriology laboratory.
