Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus Major General Oleg Alekseyevich Belokonjev, who is paying an official visit to the Republic of Serbia, visited the Military Medical Academy with his delegation.

The Deputy Head of the Military Health Care Department Colonel Ugljesa Jovicic welcomed them, and also presented the military health care system in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, while the Deputy Head of the Military Medical Academy Colonel Prof. Dr. Dragan Dincic introduced the foreign delegation with the work of the Military Medical Academy.

Strengthening the bilateral military medical cooperation, particularly in the field of education and training were the main topics during the meeting, having in mind that the representatives of the Belarusian Military Medical Services have been already participating in various forms of training in Serbia. Also, the topics of interest to both sides were the experience of participation in international peacekeeping operations, as well as the organization of the military health care system.
