During the regular annual analysis of the MMA’s operational capability, held March 11, 2014, it has been presented the most important results in course of the last year, analyzed the work challenges and demonstrated the plans for the following time period. The meeting has been attended by the representatives of the Defence Ministry Military Healthcare Department, Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured (SOVO), SAF General Staff and the other military medical institutions.
The MMA Head Brigadier General Prof. Dr. Marijan Novakovic said that based on results of his colleagues and taking in consideration all circumstances as reduced budget funds, the last year has been proved as successful for the MMA facility. Further priorities are to include the most qualitative medical care of the Ministry of Defence members and patients insured with Serbian Health Insurance Fund (RFZO), preventive medicine improvement, education and training, new scientific-research projects, procurement of new equipment and technology, as well as improved communication and relation between our medical staff and patients with their families.
