Colonel Prof. Nenad Perišić, PhD was born in Belgrade on 18 December 1962. He has been in
professional military service since 1988.  He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1988,
specialized in 1994, a master’s degree in 2003, a subspecialty in 2005, and a PhD degree in
2007. Until now, he has been the Head of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinic of the
Military Medical Academy.
