Human Resources Department maintains records and suggests the solutions on Human Resources Capacity. It deals with MMA’s organizational structure, proposes amendments and annexes and provides the optimal personnel solutions. Governing the status of all employees serving as professional members of Serbian Armed Forces in Military Medical Academy is also one of its regular activities as well as keeping, maintaining and updating personal data and Human Resources Information System. In addition, the Department carries out the tasks concerning the freedom of denomination in both employees and patients in Military Medical Academy.
