MMA’s Participation in the Congress of Clinical Nutrition in Poland

The member of the MMA’s Clinic for General Surgery Prim. Dr. Marina Panišić-Šekeljić participated, on the organizer’s invitation in the work of 14th Congress and 26th International Conference of Polish Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (POLSPEN). The event was organized in the period May 18-20, 2012 in Jachranka, Republic of Poland.

The Serbian Armed Forces Club was the venue tonight of the 11th Congress of the Serbian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery -SRBPRAS. Held for the second time in Belgrade, it has international participation.
VATS Timectomy Performed at MMA

For the first time doctors of Military Medical Academy performed VATS timectomy procedure on the patient with a diagnosis of generalized myasthenia gravis. Medical team included: Major Dr. Nebojša Marić (surgeon), Dr. Nataša Vešović (assistant), Dr. Snežana Kovačević (anesthesiologist) and Jasna Lukić as operating-room nurse.
