The Project on Regional Military Medical Training Center that Military Medical Academy offered within the framework of SEEC program (Forum for providing assistance to the countries of Southeastern Europe) was the purpose of the visit paid to MMA, on 29.07.2008, by Col Nigel Fen, a defence attaché of the Great Britain accredited to Belgrade.

Assistant professor Predrag Pavlović, MD, PhD, from the MMA Cardiology Clinic has published a set of books on medicine, which by their quality and volume represent an extremely significant contribution to affirmation and development of our medicine. In his book titled WPW syndrome, Pavlović gives a review of anatomy of the conduction system of the heart, ways it appears, kinds of WPW syndrome seen as a common disorder of the heart function and the ways they are treated.

07.07.2008 | A patient’s condition stable after transplanted liver
The patient Goran Kozić who had undergone liver transplantation at the Military Medical Academy was released from the MMA Transplantaion Center on July 1, 2008, and sent home for further home care. Postoperative recovery is normal without any complications observed and the patient is feeling well. He would be controlled by the MMA expert team on regular scheduled basis.
